Evolve Property Solutions was established by the husband-and-wife duo, Campbell and Jane Gordon. Their shared passion for creating wealth through property led them to invest personally in residential and commercial properties across London UK, regional QLD and SEQ yielding them exceptional results. Campbell brings over 20 years of professional experience in finance, property, and accounting, while Jane possesses an innate ability for identifying properties with great potential and a thorough understanding of the current property market, making them a powerful team.

Prior to starting his own finance broking business Blambles Finance Group in 2017, Campbell spent over 6 years with Ferrier Hodgson, a leading independent Corporate Advisory and Corporate Recovery practice. During his time at Ferrier Hodgson, where he rose through the ranks to Director, Campbell launched the Real Estate Advisory Practice, Azurium Real Estate in Queensland. His deep understanding of financial markets and extensive network in the finance and property sectors have allowed him to establish lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals, concentrating his business on highly complex transactions for business owners and high net worth individuals.

During his broking career Campbell often observed his clients receiving poor advice and investing in high-risk, low-quality properties with unsatisfactory returns and poor capital growth potential. He also noticed clients missing out on opportunities due to fear of making a wrong decision, opportunities that could have significantly altered their financial future. Motivated by these observations, Evolve Property Solutions was developed to guide his clients towards wealth accumulation through property investment.

Jane's two decades as a Registered Nurse across various healthcare settings showcased her empathy, compassion and calm demeanor. Post-pandemic, her passion for nursing waned, but her desire to help others remained strong. This, coupled with her passion for property investment, led her to transition into a career as a Buyer's Advocate and obtain her full Queensland Real Estate License.
